I partner with organizations to design and embed learning ecosystems that ensure teams have the shared language, frameworks, and skills needed to execute strategy, foster inclusive culture, and drive sustained impact. I have specific experience running Strategy Intensives (as a small group cohort experience), teaching movement ecosystem frameworks and designing strategic capacity building workshops.

I help growing networks and mission-driven organizations solve the challenges of aligning strategy and scaling culture through intentional learning design. Designing and running leadership development programs, feedback & facilitation training , and coaching skills workshops. Implementing support for modern work (e.g., resilient work practices, prioritization, and building team culture around ways of working).
Human Centered Design & Big Listening
Campaigns and projects are more successful when they start by listening to their audience and stakeholders to inform project design. We gather input from large groups to engage them in the design process and gather key insights.
